Well the first difference is this website. This isn't another law firm website.  The purpose is not just to tell the world how great we are, but instead, it is here to give you valuable information (but not legal advice, for that you do need to call a lawyer).  Here in Southern Minnesota we do things a little differently than in Minneapolis-St. Paul.  There are less judicial resources, cases tend to take longer, even the way a case is scheduled is considerably different than in Hennepin, Ramsey or even Scott or Dakota County.  That's where this website comes in, to help you understand both some of the basics of Minnesota Family Law as well as help you through your family law problem.
